Official Languages

The official languages of the Congress is English.

 

 

Registration and Information Desk
The Registration Desk for the Congress will be located at the congress venue.

 

Congress Identification Badge
A Congress identification badge will be included in the Congress material provided upon Registration.
There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the Congress badge. Tickets to social events will be collected at the entrance. 

 

 

Attendance Certificate
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued on request.

 

 

Liability and Insurance
All participants are reminded that neither the Organizing Committee nor technical organizer are liable for any losses, accidents, or damage to persons or private property.
Participants and accompanying persons are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.

 

Letter of Invitation/Visa Requirements
For citizens of many but not all countries, a valid passport (or a personal identity card for residents of EU) is sufficient to enter Slovenia.
Participants, who require an entry visa for Slovenia, are kindly asked to check the information available on the website of the Slovene Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs:

The organiser is authorised to demand payment of registration fee before the visa procedure starts.
Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and DHL post costs if needed).

 

 

Breaks
During session breaks refreshments will be available to participants wearing Congress identification badges.

 

 

Credit Cards

All major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners, are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops.

 

Electricity

Electricity in Slovenia is 220V, 50Hz. Continental Europe (Schuko) plugs are used.

 

 

Drinking Water

Tap water is safe to drink in Slovenia.

 

 

Time

One hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+1).
